CRM Assist: update Salesforce and Dynamics 365 in seconds
CRM Assist is a fast, spreadsheet-style workspace and an AI assistant (Meera) on top of the CRM sales teams already use: Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. Reps update deals in place, tell Meera what changed in plain words, and walk into every forecast call ready. Every change is saved straight to the CRM.

What it does
- Pipeline you edit like a spreadsheet. Change stage, amount, close date and next step in the grid; paste a column from Excel or Google Sheets to update many deals at once; saved views, filters, a board view and undo.
- Meera, the AI assistant. Type "Kestrel moved to Negotiation, 125k, closing end of November" and Meera prepares the update; nothing is saved until you approve it. Meera also flags deals with past close dates, missing next steps or no recent activity.
- Today. Tasks due, today's meetings, deals closing this week and deals at risk on one screen.
- Forecast. Commit, best case and pipeline add up as you update; forecast calls, quotas, attainment and win/loss reasons for reps and managers.
- Phone. Update deals and scan business cards into new leads, even without signal.
- Bring your own AI. Connect Claude or ChatGPT to your pipeline through CRM Assist.
How setup works
- Salesforce: add the free Chrome extension (Chrome or Edge), pick the Salesforce login you already have, and confirm your email. Your Salesforce user needs API access. CRM Assist for Salesforce
- Dynamics 365 Sales: sign in with Microsoft; no extension needed. If your company requires approval for new apps, a Microsoft admin approves CRM Assist once. CRM Assist for Dynamics 365
Security
- With the extension, your CRM login stays in your browser and is never sent to CRM Assist's servers.
- CRM Assist never deletes CRM records, and you only see and change what your own CRM user is allowed to.
- Deals go straight from your CRM to your screen; CRM Assist does not keep a copy of your pipeline.
- Details on what is stored and for how long are on the Security page.
Pricing

Frequently asked questions
What is CRM Assist?
CRM Assist is a fast, spreadsheet-style workspace with a built-in AI assistant, Meera, that sits on top of Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. Sales reps update deals in place, tell Meera what changed in plain words, and get ready for forecast calls. Every change is saved straight to the CRM. It is made by ShiftRight Pte. Ltd. in Singapore.
Do I need my CRM admin or IT to set anything up?
Usually not, and nothing is installed in your CRM. For Salesforce, the free Chrome extension uses the login you already have, with your own permissions; your Salesforce user needs API access (included in Enterprise, Unlimited, Performance and Developer editions). For Dynamics 365, you sign in with Microsoft and no extension is needed; if your company requires approval for new apps, a Microsoft admin approves CRM Assist once.
Does it work with single sign-on?
Yes. You sign in to your CRM the way you always do (Okta, Microsoft, Google or a password), and CRM Assist works with that login.
Where is my deal data stored?
In your CRM. Deals go straight from your CRM to your screen and CRM Assist does not keep a copy of your pipeline. With the extension, your CRM login never leaves your browser.
What can the AI assistant do?
Meera reads your pipeline, flags deals with past close dates, missing next steps or no recent activity, and makes the updates you ask for, such as "Move Kestrel to Negotiation, close date 30 Nov". You approve every change before it is saved. You can also connect your own Claude or ChatGPT.
Which CRMs work with CRM Assist?
Salesforce (editions with API access: Enterprise, Unlimited, Performance and Developer) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Update the stage, amount or close date, add a note, log a call, add a task or scan a business card into a new lead, even without signal. Updates are saved to your CRM the next time CRM Assist is open on your computer, after you check them. Dynamics 365 users who sign in with Microsoft can use the full app on their phone.
How much does CRM Assist cost?
A 14-day free trial with no credit card, then US$9.90 per user per month or US$90 per user per year. Cancel any time.
